Observations the distortion of the light of a star

Hello, recently observing the night sky what appeared to be the distortion of the light of a star.

Taking as reference leonis 46 Praecipua, is a star in the constellation Leo Minor. It is the brightest star in the constellation, with an apparent magnitude of 3.79. The star is located about 100 light-years from Earth.
